Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Please return items via your local DHL courier with the return label we send you upon request. Returns are free for orders shipped by DHL. If you selected standard delivery, please drop off the parcel at your local post office; return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
Customers have the right to return goods for a refund within 14 days after receipt. For fur coats and jackets, the return window is 5 days upon delivery.
All returned goods will be inspected.
We refund the product price only; shipping fees are non‑refundable.
You do not need to state a return reason. Goods may be sent back to the address shown on our contact‑information page.
Once we receive the returned goods, the full product amount will be refunded to your account.
Items must be returned in original condition, with original tags attached and complete packaging intact.
Please note that product colours may vary across different device screens. Please view the product on multiple screens before placing your order to avoid colour‑related discrepancies.
We accept custom modifications to original designs (adding details, collars, length adjustments, sleeve redesigns, etc.). Custom‑altered items are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.

When will I receive my refund?

Yes. We offer custom size, design and color services. You can contact our design team to directly communicate your ideas. Custom orders usually take about 10 days to complete.

Sizing & Fit
How can I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. 👉How to measure yourself: ‑ Chest/Bust: Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your chest. ‑ Shoulder Width: Measure from one shoulder bone point across to the other. ‑ Length: Measure vertically from the top of your shoulder down to your desired hem length.
Alternatively, lay one of your well‑fitting garments flat and measure its chest, length and shoulder width to compare with our size chart. If you are still unsure, contact our support team with your height and weight for personalized sizing guidance
Are your clothing sizes standard?

You can also provide your height, weight, and body type to our customer service representative, and we will offer more tailored recommendations based on the specific style's cut and design.
If the size is incorrect, can I return or exchange the item?
If the size is incorrect, we offer a return or exchange policy; however, the item must be in like-new condition, with intact tags, and free of wear, washing marks, stains, or damage. Please contact our customer service to submit a return or exchange request, follow the instructions to ship the item back, and our warehouse will process the exchange or refund once verified.
